The Captain of a private yacht carries ultimate responsibility for the vessel, the crew, the guests, and the owner's asset. Our Yacht Captains hold full STCW certification, Officer of the Watch (OOW) or Master qualifications appropriate to the vessel size, and demonstrable records of safe, professional command in blue-water and coastal operations. Beyond their technical expertise, our Captains are selected for their interpersonal skills. They maintain a motivated crew, manage owner expectations, liaise with agents and authorities, and represent the owner's interests with authority and discretion in every port.

Shore-side Yacht Management is a demanding discipline requiring individuals who combine maritime knowledge with commercial acumen, financial management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex refit and maintenance programmes. Our shore-based Yacht Managers work with flag states, classification societies, technical managers, and insurance providers to ensure the vessel remains compliant, maintained, and operational. They manage crew hiring, payroll, charter operations where relevant, and act as the principal's trusted representative in all dealings with the yacht's operational infrastructure.
